Murano Tour

Panoramic Tour of the Islands and Lagoon of Venice with a Stop at Murano

An exclusive tour to visit the island of Murano and admire Venice, its islands, and its lagoon. 

The journey begins with a breathtaking view of St. Mark’s Square, showcasing the Doge’s Palace, the Bell Tower, and the Two Columns. Continuing across the San Marco Basin, the boat passes near the entrance to the Grand Canal and Punta della Dogana, providing a stunning view of the Church of San Giorgio Island. 

Heading towards the Venice Lido, the route skirts the islands of San Servolo and San Lazzaro degli Armeni, offering a splendid glimpse of the southern lagoon. 

Continuing to the point where the Venetian Lagoon meets the Adriatic Sea (Lido Inlet), you’ll sail past the Bridge and Church of San Nicolò and Forte Sant’Andrea before heading into the northern lagoon via Le Vignole. 

In Murano, the tour includes a free guided visit to a glassworks, where you can witness a master glassmaker at work. A 1.5-hour stop allows ample time to explore the island at your leisure. 

From here, the boat returns towards St. Mark’s Square, offering a close-up view of the walls, entrance, and docks of the Arsenal of the Venetian Republic.

The tour is conducted aboard our two-story **Barracuda motorboats**, equipped with an open upper deck offering shelter from the sun on hot days and protection from rain on gray days. These are the best vessels for such tours—panoramic, comfortable, and quiet. They are also equipped with restrooms and accessible to passengers with disabilities (advance notice required).  

Since this is not a scheduled service, the tour is available (only by reservation).
