Barracuda Motorboats
Barracuda Motorboats was founded in 1989 thanks to the vision of Engineer Aldo Toffolo. After a long career in naval construction, he embarked on the adventure of owning and operating boats for transporting tourist groups in Venice.
Through hard work and a passion for the lagoon and the city he called home, the Barracuda brand has become synonymous with reliability and certified quality in Venice’s tourist transport sector.
Today, the company remains under the management of the Toffolo family. The boats and daily operations are entrusted to his sons, Alessandro and Nicolò. The company operates two motorboats that navigate the stunning Venice Lagoon every day, taking tourists from all over the world to discover the islands and marvels of this lagoon city.
Boat Transfers in Venice
We provide fast and direct connections from Tronchetto, Punta Sabbioni, Fusina, Venezia Santa Lucia railway station, and Marco Polo Airport to the center of Venice, with drop-offs located very close to St. Mark’s Square.
Tronchetto hosts Venice’s largest and most affordable bus parking area. Additionally, Tronchetto is easily accessible on foot or via the new People Mover monorail from Venezia Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma.
